This therapeutic practice opens your unconscious mind while blocking out different sources of distraction. Because of the amplified levels of focus, an individual in a hypnotic state of mind can fully concentrate on one thought or incident at a time. It’s only in this state of mind that you will respond more to the voice and suggestions made by me — your guide, your friend, and your life coach.
To begin with, I’ll analyze the area we’re working on prior to the implementation of this methodology. You’ll be in a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment where you can allow yourself to be an open book, without any fear of judgment or shame. You can reflect, re-evaluate, and respond to your thoughts, while learning about the goals that show you the road towards living your best life.
Most importantly, you can always bring yourself out of the hypnotic state if necessary. You’re in full control of it — I’m just there to guide you.
