The world is a preoccupied place, and so are our minds. Stress can manifest itself in many different forms, meaning you need to be able to handle it no matter which disguise it shows up wearing. Even worse, fear, phobias, and anxiety can emerge from seemingly nowhere. And to make matters even more frustrating, it may all appear to be completely irrational.

The truth is, there’s nothing irrational about it. From panic attacks to frightening, obsessive thoughts, it’s all a reaction to what’s happening around us — which also affects what is going on inside us.
